I take an integrative, mind-body approach to psychotherapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities—including psychodynamic, attachment-based, and cognitive-behavioural approaches—to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and to help you move forward in ways that matter most to you. Together, we’ll deepen your self-awareness, explore the roots of emotional pain, and support your reconnection with an innate sense of wholeness.

I work with both individuals and couples navigating a variety of challenges, including relationship dynamics, family patterns, life transitions, ADHD, burnout, anxiety, and self-worth. My approach is inclusive, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for your unique lived experience—I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy.
